Double charge $21.60 on my card on the 04/8/24 and 04/09/24. This is a constant occurrence every month. Please I wish chef to return all the double charges, or else I will sue cheggs for fraudulent act on my card.

I forgot to cancel my chef account and was billed for this month. I dont need it anymore and would like a refund

My debit card was charged on February 9th for 21.35. Also on February 15th for 21.35!!! I want my money back!!!

I want to unsubscribe the chegg and want my last transaction back into my account. Because I tried alot to unsubscribe it before 26 December, 2023 but I was unable to do so.

I will subscribe it later whenever I want to get this. But please send my $20.69 back which was cut on 26 December,2023.

Every month they ate deducting money and when contacted said you are not member i have screenshots if my account of money deduction from last three four months please stop need my money back please pls

My subscription was renewed and I never wanted it to be. What can i do to get my money back? I'm done with school and I need the money to travel back home.

I didnt know that my subscription will renew today by the time I knew and canceled it the money was already withdrawn from my account

Please help me from last four months chegg is deducting money from my account i gave screenshots and even when i m no mord their member which their virtual advocate chat is also saying ur subscription has already been cancelled but then also from kast four months they are deducting money and i m trying to contact them its $81 they deducted in total unnecessarily I do not have job and they are doing this i need my money back

I cancelled my chegg study subscription before it renewed and yet was still charged this morning for another month. I went through all the steps, told them why I was cancelling, made sure it worked, and then was still charged despite all of that.

Hii , i am gagandeep kaur. I would like to cancel my subscription because i am no longer using it.

I tried to cancel before but unfortunately i am locked out of my old email. But i am still being charged for the service. The card that us being charged is 5805.
