I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding an unauthorized charge on my account. Despite canceling my membership, which expired on June 21, 2024, I was billed $17.33 on July 19, 2024.
This action is unacceptable and demands immediate rectification.
I demand a full refund of the unauthorized charge.

1) answers are often wrong
2) premium plan that gives test prep help does not customize for chapters or concepts being tested, only for the whole course so it is useless on tests and midterms
3) once you have the premium plan then you can NEVER downgrade. they will tell you to sign up and then they can change it to the basic plan, but then they don't refund your money.
4) if you ever dispute a charge because of problem #3, then they block you from signing up ever again.
5) customer service agents don't understand the software and are unable to resolve the problems you are trying to resolve
6) even after you cancel with them they keep your records forever and refuse to purge your information
