I have almost completed my registration in Chegg ,while clicking on last step mobile verification it's showing error ( please contact application owner) . I'm getting the OTP but it's not verifying my number. how can I solve this?

I want to use my friend's pancard for my account. He already used it for his own chegg expert account.

I do not have pancard . So I want to use my friend's pancard number so can I change it after I get my own pancard. And one of my friend was also an chegg expert so I want to make sure that I can use his pancard once more for my account.
