As a longstanding customer of Chegg for approximately three years, I've relied on their platform for academic support during crucial times like midterm preparations. However, my recent experience has been disappointing.
Over the past month, I've encountered persistent issues with loading questions on my device. Despite attempts to resolve it independently, the problem persisted, leading me to contact Chegg's customer service.
During my call, the representative confirmed the problem but offered little in the way of a solution, merely issuing a ticket and suggesting I wait for the service to return. As a dedicated student, this lack of urgency is unacceptable. Chegg plays a vital role in supporting my studies, yet the dismissive response from customer service left me without a resolution and no compensation for the disruption to my studies.
I'm particularly dismayed by the suggestion to cancel my subscription as a solution.
As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Chegg's commitment to customer satisfaction appears lacking, which is concerning after years of loyalty.
In conclusion, Chegg needs to improve its customer service and value for money spent by its customers. Immediate action is required to rectify this situation and restore confidence in the company.
A prompt response outlining steps to address these concerns is necessary to prevent customers from seeking alternative academic resources. The bottom line is after they get the money, they don't care if you are even receiving the service or not .

i need my refund for my subscription the reason while subscribe to chegg what because of the coffee database assignment i come across online through google search and chegg pop up to have the solution upon subscribing to chegg i discover they don't have solution to the question, and have tried to contact chegg to report the issue and get my refund for my subscription back every attempt prove no abortive. i wail for my refund .

Lack of consistency and customer service
Yes! There are many ISSUES with my Chegg!!
Got my Chegg a little over a week ago and I have been so disappointed with my Chegg app!
I have talked to multiple to customer service workers, yet no one could confirm what the actual issue was; one of the workers I spoke with even went as far as saying that my situation was not normal after answering all the questions. The fact that I had my Chegg for not even a week and my subscription was suspended 4 times with no explanation is absolutely unacceptable, disappointing, and not worth my money or time!

I cancelled my subscription, but it was not given attention, they keep charging me to my credit card.

Double charge $21.60 on my card on the 04/8/24 and 04/09/24. This is a constant occurrence every month. Please I wish chef to return all the double charges, or else I will sue cheggs for fraudulent act on my card.
